With over 12 years of Real Estate experience, we could see the trends reflecting a need to utilize the emerging technology and versatility of drone photography for all types of real estate listings. So, we began by making sure we were in-line with FAA regulations by obtaining an FAA Part 107 license allowing for legal, professional drone photography service.

Editing
Simply taking a photo is never enough. We hand edit every photograph to maximize the color space, luminosity and balance to make sure your photos are captivating and effective.

We also remove distractions via digital editing. So you won’t have to worry about a garbage can or vehicle distracting from your property. Our experience as a licensed Realtor also allows us to adhere to ethical standards giving you confidence that our edits will not mislead potential buyers and lead to problems down the road.
